Eva Wrubel: „People need to wait infront of the registry center in Presevo to get their papers for transpassing Serbia“
Eva Wrubel: „Waiting people. When refugees arrives in front of Presevos registry center, they sometimes need to wait in line for 12 hours.
Outside of the camp they wouldn’t get assistance or food and informations without our help.“
Eva Wrubel: „A wonderful moment: finally the sun shines and people can stock up on some sunshine!
During the night people need to wait on the frosty ground!“
Eva Wrubel:“Next time I will bring with me much more bubble-bottles for children! With very small effort people can help to forget for a while the struggle of young and even older refugee.“
Eva Wrubel: „Purchasing food for the waiting people, so they can at least eat a snack while waiting for hours or over night in front of the registry center in Presevo! Often those refugees didn’t eat for a whole day!
Presevo’s authority doesn’t allow to cook on the place because of hygienic reasons, so we often buy little snacks.
Borderfree association works on a solution with local authorities to be able to cook for refugees on the place.
