„Gestern in der Küche. Es ist noch recht chaotisch und die Übergabe von Graz:Spendenkonvoi an uns ist noch im Gange. Die Grazer sind cool und unglaublich fleissig! Ich hatte Frühschicht, weil uns die Leute gefehlt haben heute und bin immer noch unterwegs… das ist ein seeeehr grosses und komplexes Projekt… Ach ja: die Flüchtlinge helfen fleissig mit – ein bereits eingespieltes Team!“

„Yesterday in the kitchen. It is still quite chaotic and the passing over from Graz:Spendenkonvoi to us is still going on. The Graz people are cool and incredibly hardworking! I took over the early shift because we did not have the staff and today I am still on the move… this is a very big and complex project… By the way: The refugees are assisting diligently – an already well operating team!“
