Im Camp Petra wurde dringend eine Waschmaschine gebraucht für die Ärzte – wegen Infektionsgefahr. Borderfree hat diese finanziert. Die Waschmaschine kostete 280€ und wird Flüchtlinge und Ärzte vor Krankheiten bewahren – eine Investition, die sicher sehr wichtig und lohnend ist!
Im Camp Petra, wo 1500 Flüchtende leben, haben wir mit Unterstützung „Basel hilft mit“ ein neues Projekt gestartet:
In Zusammenarbeit mit ADRA und MHW, sowie den Ärzten Allgäu werden wir uns hier tatkräftig dafür einsetzen, dass Flüchtlingskinder gesund aufwachsen, schwangere Frauen keinen Risiken ausgesetzt werden und Menschen jeder Herkunft kostenlosen Zugang zu ärztlicher Untersuchung, Medikamenten und Behandlung erhalten.
Wir freuen uns, dass uns seitens des Camps das Vertrauen ausgesprochen wurde und wir unsere Arbeit in Petra ausbauen können!

In Camp Petra, a washing machine was urgently needed for the doctors – due to the dangers of infections. Borderfree financed it. The washing machine did cost 280€ and will protect the refugees and the doctors from diseases – an investment that is surely worth it!
In Camp Petra, where 1500 refugees live, we started a new project with the help of „Basel hilft mit“:
In collaboration with ADRA and MHW as well as the Ärzte Allgäu we are going to commit diligently here for the goal that refugee children can grow up healthy, pregnant women don’t face risks and that people from every origin have free access to medical care, medicine and treatment.
We are happy about the faith being expressed by the Camps and that we can expand our work here in Petra!
