Volunteering in Serbia or Libanon
Your help with heart for refugees in Lebanon
We are looking for volunteers for individual assignments for our work in Lebanon. We are happy about your interest and will inform you about the details: info@border.free.ch
Due to the Corona virus, we will not be able to offer volunteer placements at the House of Rescue in Serbia until further notice. We will inform you here as soon as we can offer new assignments.
Vanja will be happy to tell you more about our mission:
I was fed up with this one-sided media coverage. I was also tired of just watching people being hurt. So I wanted to help actively and contacted the Borderfree Association.
Working with the people in the camp changed me a lot: I really understood what it means to be “free”. I also understood that my compassion only helps if I turn it into positive energy and make something out of it. Be it there in the camp or here in Switzerland.
I have become active. I have become more human.
